Is there a free sports betting odds API?
Odds-API.io had a free tier with 100 requests per hour and 2 recreational bookmakers. New free keys are paused indefinitely; existing free keys keep working under the same limits. The cheapest way to try the full API is Solo at £49/month, and you can cancel anytime.
How long does the free tier last?
Existing free keys do not expire and keep their 100 requests per hour (500 a day). We are not issuing new free keys at the moment. If that changes, it will be announced in the changelog.
What are the free tier limits?
The free plan allows 100 requests per hour, up to 500 per day, across 2 recreational bookmakers. Bet365, sharp books, exchanges and prediction markets are on paid plans. If you need more, upgrade for 5,000 requests per hour and access to every bookmaker.
Can I use the free tier for commercial purposes?
The free tier is intended for development and testing. For production applications with commercial use, please upgrade to a paid plan.
